Haiku / Winter

Haiku: 「初雪」 First Snow

From time to time, I like to write haiku poetry and so I decided to share it here along with my other Japan-related posts. While I am not an expert at writing them, I do enjoy the zen that it gives me. Haikus follow a very strict form: 3 lines with 5-7-5 mora (syllables) each. This haiku’s theme is about the first snowfall and my feelings related to it.
